After careful consideration we have made the difficult decision to close our retail stores in The Netherlands due to the unacceptable risk of harm to our staff and customers following an escalating series of armed robberies over the past year.

We will soon offer a free post service. Until then, we will refund your postage costs for sending items to us.

All warranties on purchased items will be honoured and handled by our ecommerce team as per our T&C’s.

Why are you closing your stores?
Over the past year, we have experienced an alarming and escalating series of security incidents. Our stores have been subjected to more than twenty separate robberies, where individuals armed with knives, guns and other weapons have threatened the safety and well-being of both our staff and customers. These incidents have caused us all a great deal of distress and concern.
We attempted to adapt and mitigate these risks. We have implemented additional security measures, increased staff training, and explored various options to protect our stores and the people within them. However, in light of the persistent and increasingly violent nature of these robberies, we have been forced to acknowledge that we have exhausted all feasible options for ensuring the safety of our employees and customers in the current retail environment.
When will you close my local store?
The final dates of trade will be as follows:
Sunday June 15th - Amsterdam Kinkerstraat, Arnhem, Leeuwarden, Leiden
Sunday June 22nd - Breda, Eindhoven, Nijmegen, Rotterdam Zuidplein, Zaandam
Can I still use my vouchers?
Yes! Please feel free to redeem them as you normally would for purchases both within our physical stores and through our website, without any changes to the current terms and conditions.
Why have you stopped buying items in-store?
As we are preparing to close our store locations, we no longer require the same amount of inventory in-store. Our ecommerce service will continue to buy your items though!
What about the items I have already booked-in to be tested?
We will still buy your items, please contact your local store as soon as possible. If your store has already closed, please contact our customer services team so that we can complete your transaction.
Will you still buy my items?
Yes, our ecommerce service will continue to buy-in your items as normal, visit www.webuy.com
What about my warranty?
Your warranty will continue to be honoured, please contact our customer services team for assistance.
